About My Full & Fulfilled Life
Christ-centered wholeness & wellbeing—without shame or pressure.
We practice this through Sacred Pauses: short, Scripture-rooted guided prayers that help you breathe with Jesus and heal what hurts.
What this is
My Full & Fulfilled Life is a ministry for people who still love Jesus but are exhausted by spiritual pressure, mixed messages about their bodies, and church hurt. We offer weekly Sacred Pauses, gentle Real-Talk notes, and a supportive community so you can build a healthy and whole life — a Full & Fulfilled Life.
Who this is for
My Full and Fulfilled Life is for you if:
You’re spiritually tired and want to come home to Jesus without performance or shame.
You’ve used food, hustle, or “ministry” to numb soul and spirit hunger.
You want clear, kind guidance—not hype or control.
What we don’t do
No fear tactics. No spiritual gaslighting. No diet-culture messaging. No high-control spirituality.

Who leads this
My Full & Fulfilled Life is led by Tammy Hicks Jackson, a United Methodist pastor and spiritual mentor. “I help spiritually tired Christians stop numbing soul and spirit hunger with hustle—or with food—and return to Jesus without shame or pressure.”
Boundaries & safety
You never owe disclosure or participation.
Practices are short and gentle; stop anytime.
We pray Scripture without weaponizing it.
Kindness and curiosity guide our conversations.
Our convictions
Jesus at the center. Scripture and prayer as living encounter, not performance.
No shame or pressure. Everything is invitational; you choose your pace.
Consent matters. Your “no” is respected; sharing is always optional.
Bodies honored. You are not a project to “fix” for God to love you. God already loves you SO very much!
Full dignity for all. We are created in the image of God (Genesis 1 and 2). Jesus came to redeem all (John 3:16) and God is love (1 John 4:7-8). Therefore, we are egalitarian, inclusive, and anti-racist.
Real help is welcome. We honor therapy and medical care; this is spiritual support, not clinical treatment.
