Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing myfullandfulfilledlife.com or jackson-wellness.com, using our quizzes, downloads, emails, videos, or community (“Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1) Who we are

2) Not medical or mental‑health advice
Our content is pastoral and educational. We are not providing medical, psychological, or professional healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified provider. If you are in crisis, call local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.
3) Eligibility
You must be 18+ to use our Services. You are responsible for your account, information you submit, and your use of the Services.
4) Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited behavior includes (without limitation): - Illegal activity, harassment, or hate speech.
- Sharing others’ private information without consent.
- Posting or transmitting content that is obscene, infringing, or harmful.
- Attempting to breach security, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services.
- Uploading malware or unauthorized advertising/spam.
We may moderate, remove content, or limit access at our discretion.
5) Purchases, payments, and refunds
If you purchase a program, membership, or session, you agree to pay the listed fees and applicable taxes via our third‑party processors (e.g., Stripe or PayPal). We do not store full card numbers.
Refunds & cancellations (current policy):
- Membership – Free Trial: New members receive a 7‑day free trial. You may cancel during the trial and you will not be charged.
- Membership – Monthly: After the trial, monthly plans are billed in advance and non‑refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid month.
- Membership – Annual: From the date of the first annual charge, you have a 30‑day money‑back guarantee. After 30 days, you may cancel at any time and receive a pro‑rated refund of any full, unused months** remaining in your term. (If your plan included one‑time bonuses of standalone value, we may deduct the fair value of redeemed bonuses from the pro‑rated refund.)
- Clarity Calls / 1:1 Sessions: 24‑hour notice is required to reschedule. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non‑refundable.
- Digital downloads (e.g., PDFs, templates): Due to instant access, digital downloads are non‑refundable. If you experience a technical issue (e.g., duplicate charge or corrupted file), contact us at info@jackson-wellness.com within 7 days and we will replace the file or refund the duplicate charge.
- Courses (if/when offered): 7‑day satisfaction guarantee from first access. If you request a refund within 7 days and have completed less than 20% of the course, we will refund your purchase. After 7 days or beyond 20% completion, refunds are not available.
6) Intellectual property
The Services and all content (text, PDFs, images, videos, logos, trademarks) are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non‑transferable, revocable license to use content for your individual, non‑commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.
7) User content
If you post or submit content (e.g., comments, community posts), you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content to operate and promote the Services. You represent that you have the rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate others’ rights.
8) Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal information. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices.
9) Third‑party links & services
We may link to or integrate with third‑party services (e.g., MailerLite, Jotform, Calendly, community platforms). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third‑party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.
10) Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or availability. We do not guarantee specific results from use of the Services.
11) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our owners, employees, contractors) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the relevant Service in the 12 months before the claim.
12) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights.
13) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any reason.
14) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflicts of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Calhoun County, Alabama for any disputes.
15) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Effective date” will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
