About the Journey

Life can be a roller coaster, especially when it comes to our relationship with food, body image, and self-worth. Like many of you, I spent years struggling with dieting, feeling perpetually hungry, and battling low self-esteem. My turning point came six years ago when I decided enough was enough. This led to the creation of "Ravenous to FULLfilled," my book that serves as a guide for those looking to quit dieting, stop being hungry, and start feeling better.

In "Ravenous to FULLfilled," I share my personal journey and the transformative steps I took to reclaim my life. The book is not just a memoir but a practical manual filled with actionable advice, backed by research, and enriched with real-life stories.
